Forbes Brands is the branded apparel division of Gokak Textiles Limited which is a part of Shapoorji Pallonji group. It was formed in 2009 .

Forbes Campbell knitwear has the production base at Belgaum, Karnataka and operates from Bengaluru. Its facilities include knitting, dyeing, fabric finishing, cutting, sewing, embroidery and packing, merchandising all in one roof. Forbes Brands therefore could capitalize these facilities for producing high-end garments for its new age men’s brand “FACIT”.

Facit Brand is the output of today’s consumer’s demands and expectations towards shifting their bare essential into a fashion statement. Targeting youth between age group of 18-24 years, FACIT is all set to take this trend forward and offer men the option to choose from a range of fashionable, stylish and comfortable innerwear, gym wear, polos, crew neck tees and also colorful graphics printed on tees.
